Can be too warm

I got the large for.my 3 months old because he is pretty big for his age. The tortle fits well circumference wise but doesn't seem to come low enough by the ears. I have noticed it slips up on occasion. Also, I have a toddler so if I bring the baby outside with me in a rocker or bouncer even for 15 minutes (outside of direct sunlight) I find he is too warm and sweaty underneath.

I got a large for my 5mo and it doesn’t go over her ears like the video instructs. I’m not sure if I’m putting it on correctly. I wish they had more videos on older babies rather than the newborn.

Good Concept

The hat should work for other infants, however its leaving mark of little dots on my son’s forehead. But if left loose, he is able to remove it. He is 4 months old and has flat head on right side.

Amazing Product

As soon as i received the hat i used it and in a week or two i saw noticeable results my 3 month old head was starting to shape itself into a circle. I was so happy and amazed at how fast the changes happened. I would recommend this to any parent struggling with their babies flat head shape. Also i would recommend to parents to start asap with trying to fix their babies head shape because after babies turn one it will be harder for the skull to shape itself. Please parents get yourself one of these hats or in the long run you will regret not buying one.

Wish this worked for us

While I love the premise of the Tortle, it somehow manages to either slip off of my son’s head each night, or he still picks his head up and turns it to the opposite side anyway. He is four months old, so perhaps if we had started earlier it would be more successful for us.

Fits snugly and doesn't cause issues while wearing. We were able to transition to using the tortle cap within 2 days. Works just as we need it too!
